THE STORY
Why StayK Rentals exists.
After years working inside the short-term rental industry — at Airbnb, then as a trained VA, then as an Operations Manager running 60+ properties — I kept seeing the same gap.
Owners thought they were paying a premium for a local property manager. What they were really paying for was a layer of management sitting between them and the operators doing the actual work. The quality was real — but the markup was huge, and the owners were signing away their accounts, brand, and reviews just to access it.
That's why StayK exists.
We give owners and property managers direct access to the operators who already run STR at scale. Same quality. Honest structure. Your accounts stay yours.
Since 2019, StayK has operated 40+ properties across 8 US states and the UK. The team is fully remote. The work is real. The receipts are public.
